A deer rammed over by Toyota Fortuner MH 48 BH 9909, a car of Shiv Sena member of parliament Rajendra Gravit, in Sanjay Gandhi national park. According to Chief forest conservator and SGNP Director Anwar Ahmed "A case registered against the driver for rash driving and investigation is going on." According to SGNP sources, the incident occurred on Wednesday evening when the vehicle, slammed over a spotted deer that crossed the road adjacent to Trimurti station inside SGNP. The deer was taken to the veterinary hospital of SGNP, and there it was declared dead.
