The skin is the largest organ of the body covering the body  from head to toe.  It needs good care and maintainence as it's the 1st thing people notice about us.  We will understand how to take care of the skin covering each body part…( the feet, the hands, the face, the buttocks, the back, the genitals, the abdomen, the neck and the scalp.) ..  watch this column every week/ month.

The feet are the most neglected parts of the body  We need to examine the feet every day to make sure that we do not miss out any infection or any growths…  if you see any signs of redness, blisters, cracks or any colour changes even on the toe nails,  make sure you consult your doctor immediately. If left unattended it can grow and spread and cause pain or trouble later.      

The inbetween toes areas or web spaces need to be checked regularly for any cracks or collection of water causing infection and any growths which could be soft corns. We need to make sure our feet are never left wet with water or sweat ..

Feet tend to be very dry for many people and the heels show cracks. This can be painful during the winters. . Using a foot cream daily at night will hydrate the heels and sides of foot to prevent drying. Getting a pedicure once a month is good for nails and cuticles.
