Nagpur: Senior Congressman Ashok Chavan called the revised Citizenship Act "unconstitutional" on Wednesday and said that it should not be enforced in Maharashtra. Chavan, who is also Maharshtra's former chief minister, demanded that it should not be implemented in Maharashtra until the apex court decides on the constitutionality of CAA.
