Ranchi (Jharkhand): Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) chief Hemant Soren will take oath here today at 2 p.m. at Morabadi Ground as Jharkhand's 11th chief minister. Governor Droupadi Murmu will administer Soren's oath of office and secrecy while the opportunity will be graced by the galaxy of leaders across the political spectrum.
