New Delhi: Hitting the opposition back over its criticism of the government for the visit of the EU delegation to Kashmir, the BJP said on Tuesday that no one prevented Congress leaders and other parties from travelling to the Valley as the situation there "normalised." BJP leader Shahnawaz Hussain told reporters that the "frustration" of the opposition over the visit of MPs to Kashmir derives from the failure of its "propaganda on the situation" there. In questioning the delegation's selection of MPs, Owaisi said it was not an official visit by EU members and that most of the MPs visiting the valley are suffering from "Islamophobia."
The BJP spokesperson said when the government did not earlier allow visits by outsiders, then the opposition criticised it for denying the permission and now it is still attacking the Centre for allowing the visit.
