A charge sheet was filed by the Delhi Police in the case of Jamia Millia Islamia violence on December 15. On 13 February, the chargesheet was filed before the Saket court in Delhi. Protests against the newly enacted Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) had turned violent near Delhi's Jamia Nagar on December 15. During the violence, several buses were set in fire where police and protesters sustained injuries.The police had used batons and teargas shells to disperse the violent protesters.
