BJP West Bengal president Dilip Ghosh courted the controversy on Sunday by threatening to shoot and kill those involved in damaging public property "like Uttar Pradesh in the same way."While addressing a public gathering, Ghosh said, "The Uttar Pradesh government not only booked and shot such people, but also lathi-charged them.
