Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who spoke on Monday at an election rally in Jharkhand, said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has worked to free the Naxals state and create a peaceful environment. PM Modi also attacked Congress alliance Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) during the rally in Daltonganj, Palamu, saying their only agenda was to misuse the state's resources. "Due to the vested interests of some political parties, governments are established in Jharkhand through back channels. These people have no feeling of serving the state's people. Modi also reaffirmed the commitment of the Centre to ensure that by 2022, each family will have their own home. "Every poor family gets their pucca houses. I want to tell those who haven't got houses so far that the work is going on. By 2022 we're going to give houses to every family," he said.
