Noida: HCL Technologies opens Global Delivery Centre in Hartford to offer digital transformation to clients in smart manufacturing, insurance, aerospace and defence industries.
With the system HCL enables investments in the area and creates job opportunities regionally and at state level by developing a strong ecosystem. Stanley Black & Decker signed a global agreement with HCL and will be the first anchor client for GDC.
The first anchor client for the GDC will be Stanley Black & Decker, a diversified global industry that operates the world's largest tool company, which signed a significant global agreement with HCL, said Ajay Bahl, Executive Vice President of MEGA LT Verticals in the US for HCL Technologies.
HCL anticipates growth upon the partnerships, relationship with state and local authorities, commitment to local ecosystems and with recently signed Stanley Black & Decker deals. The company also plans to introduce advanced digital capabilities and transform Stanley Black & Decker's global application and infrastructure environments, responding and enhancing company’s agility and ability for latest business requirements. Addition to that globally company will deploy 1000 people for Stanley Black & Decker as part of the deal.
