Build Hostels for Students Pursuing Higher Education in Mumbai: Governor to GEC NIT Alumni

At the GEC NIT Alumni meet on Sunday in Mumbai, Maharashtra Governor Bais called upon the members of the GEC Alumni Association to construct a hostel for students from Chhattisgarh coming to Mumbai to pursue higher education and professional careers.

The Governor addressed the Alumni Meet of the Mumbai Branch of the Government Engineering College—National Institute of Technology (GEC—NIT) Raipur, which was held at the Acres Club in Chembur, Mumbai.

Raipur GEC NIT Alumni Association President and former CMD of Hindustan Copper Kailash Dhar Diwan, Mumbai Branch President Anil Banchor and members of the Alumni Association and their families attended the event.
