Mumbai: Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport Corporation (BEST) has arranged for people to visit Chaitya Bhoomi to pay tribute to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar on his 63rd death anniversary. Lakhs of followers from different parts of the country visit this popular icon in Dadar's Shivaji Park Chaitya Bhoomi. BEST spends Rs 10 lakh on this activity every year. This time, however, they decided to spend 15 Lakh.
