Bengaluru: Indian Hokey men and women teams continues practice session amid global pandemic COVID19 scare, setting eyes on the Tokyo Olympic Games scheduled to be held from July 24 to August 9

Taking all the necessary precautions at the Sports Authority of India facility in Bengaluru teams continuing regular training says they are continuously washing hands and temperatures checked regularly, authorities at SAI campus are ensuring that all players under training are in a safe environment. With the backing of SAI and coaches, they are going on with training very hard for the Olympics

According to Hockey India, the campus is well-equipped for regular practice sessions and no unauthorised persons are allowed to enter the premises.

Rani Rampal, women's team captain, expressed that her side is fortunate to continue to train for the Olympics in a safe environment.

The men's team is scheduled to play New Zealand while the women's team is slated to face the Netherlands in their first match at the Tokyo Olympics on July 25.
