Media Eye News Bureau: The last album by late SHINee member Jonghyun, a South Korean idol who committed suicide last month, was released today, along with a music video for its lead track. The album titled Poet | Artist was completed last year and comprises 11 songs on it.
The music video for the track was released on streaming platforms including YouTube and Naver TV and all of the proceeds from this album would be going to the singer's mother and be used for a foundation to help the underprivileged as stated by S.M. Entertainment.
The lead track of the album called ‘Shinin’ is an electro-pop song with trap beats. The album also includes five songs that were introduced at Jonghyun's solo concerts, namely an electro synth-pop song called ‘Only One You Need,’ an R&B song named ‘#Hashtag,’ and songs such as ‘Take The Dive,’ ‘Sightseeing’ and ‘I'm So Curious,’ that incorporate various elements from pop, R&B and future bass.
