Prime Minister Narendra Modi is reportedly going to inaugurate the Palestine Institute Diplomacy, a centre to train diplomats of that country built with Indian assistance during his visit to Palestine February 9, 2018.
Modi is the first Indian Prime Minister ever to visit Israel and the Palestine visit comes six months after his trip to Israel. Stepping up agriculture cooperation and capacity building through scholarships are among the announcements Modi is likely to make during his visit there.
The Prime Minister is set to visit Palestine, UAE and Oman from February 9, 2018 to February 12, 2018 and will hold a meeting with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas as well.
