Founder of Cafe Coffee Day VG Siddhartha, who missed Monday from Bengaluru, had written a note to his staff a few days ago apologizing for failing to develop a ' correct lucrative business model '

After requesting his driver to drop him off at Mangaluru's Netravathi Bridge, Siddhartha was missing as he wanted to take a stroll. A hour later, there was no sight of him and the driver alerted the family, and the authorities were informed in turn.

"I'm very sorry to let go of all the individuals who placed their confidence in me. I fought for a long time but I gave up today because I couldn't take any more pressure," wrote Siddhartha, the son-in-law of former Union minister SM Krishna, in a letter dated July 27.

"I never intended to cheat or mislead anyone, as an entrepreneur I have failed. This is my sincere submission, I hope that one day you will know, forgive and forgive me. Siddhartha, who began his CCD chain with a Bengaluru outlet and quickly grew 15,000 stores, included with the letter a list of assets and tentative valuation of each asset. "As our assets were, our liabilities outweighed and can help repay everybody,” he wrote signing off
